How I edit
I edit your MS Word document according the style manual and your department's or publisher's instructions. I work on your document until it not only conforms to the relevant guidelines but also expresses your ideas clearly and concisely. (Please check out my Clients' comments.)

My service includes the following:

correcting punctuation and    grammar
ensuring that your paper meets
   your publisher's requirements
eliminating redundancies
smoothing transitions
discussing changes with you
correcting and comparing your
   reference list and text citations
checking URLs in reference list

You'll receive two rounds of questions from me by e-mail; for a 20-page paper, you may expect to spend about an hour answering the questions. My queries will be about various points that need to be clarified, as well as changes that I believe will improve your chances of being published. I'll incorporate your answers directly into the MS Word document.

After going over your manuscript at least three times, I'll return the edited document to you as a direct link. If you have any questions about how I edit, please send me an e-mail.
